North Queensland Cowboys coach Josh Hannay believes that it's time for his side to 'grow up' after their narrow 14-12 loss to the Canberra Raiders.

In his second game in charge since taking over from Paul Green, the Cowboys failed to close out the game, failing to their fifth straight loss.

When asked about the performance post-game, Hannay revealed that he was left 'torn' by what his side threw up, impressed at their effort whilst criticising their lack of execution in big moments.
