But former NRL WAG Arabella Del Busso certainly looked fighting fit on Thursday, as she trained with Rebel Wilson's hunky personal trainer, Jono Castano.

And the sweat-inducing routine was clearly hard for the lingerie model, as the 30-year-old shared a video of herself pretending to punch her phone screen with the caption: 'OK you win this round... Jono 1 - Bella 0.'
