Lebanese minister blames fuel shortages on smuggling to Syria .
Lebanon's energy minister on Thursday blamed the country's chronic fuel shortages on smugglers exporting subsidised supplies into war-torn Syria. "We've found that the underlying reason for the current lack of fuels is smuggling" of subsidised Lebanese products into Syria, caretaker energy minister Raymond Ghajar told reporters.
