Although the forward pack has not had any players promoted to Origin so far, utility forward Tim Glasby was 18th man for Queensland in the first game of the Origin series so could well be selected for game two later this month.

Glasby was named as Bromwich’s replacement in the starting side for this Sunday’s clash against the Knights in Newcastle with Kenny Bromwich moving to lock, while Christian Welch and Joe Stimson look likely to play more minutes off the bench.
