Melbourne Storm coach Craig Bellamy has said Channel Nine in Melbourne let down NRL fans by not showing the post game presentations from State of Origin on Wednesday night.

Storm legend Billy Slater played his last game for Queensland and was emotional post game after captaining the Maroons to a game three win. He was then named player of the series.

The award has since been a source of bad-natured contention due to Queensland losing the series to New South Wales, but Storm fans missed out on seeing Slater's emotional finale.

Bellamy said the Storm hoped to know by the end of Friday whether any of their six Origin stars would play against Manly Sea Eagles in Sydney on Saturday.

Cameron Munster (dislocated finger) and Slater are doubtful starters while Felise Kaufusi, Josh Addo-Carr, Tim Glasby and Will Chambers will have a chance to prove their fitness.

“We will check them this morning, they will not train this morning so it may not be until Saturday that we know what we are doing but we would like to sort it out today,” Bellamy said.

“I think we will probably be missing two or three but who they are I’m not 100 per cent sure.

“We are pretty sure Billy won’t be playing but we will check on the rest of them.”

The Storm play Manly Sea Eagles at Brookvale Oval on Saturday at 5.30pm.
