Higgins has played 11 games since debuting spectacularly against Hawthorn in round three.

Initially played as a small forward and kicking seven goals - or ‘snags’ as Higgins likes to call them – in his first three games, Damien Hardwick has given the 19-year-old more time in the midfield over recent weeks.

Higgins’ involvement in games has risen accordingly and he gathered 25 disposals in the Tigers’ big round 16 win over Adelaide.

As promising as his football has been, Higgins is making an even bigger impression for his half-time ‘rev-ups’ and post match interviews.
