Not all Gmail and Google Drive users are experiencing the outage, however. We can confirm that at the time of writing the Gizmodo inbox was working just fine.

Google is yet to divulge the reason for the outages or when they are likely to be resolved.
A similar outage was experienced. If you didn't notice, that may be because it happened in the late evening and was relatively short-lived.
Inbox By Google Will Shut Down On April 3.
Back in September Google announced that it would be shit canning 'sunsetting' Inbox by Gmail. Now we have a hard date on when that will be. Inbox will be disappearing on April 3 in Australia, thus following in the discontinued footsteps of Google+ and Google Wave.
