Renewable energy expert Dr Matthew Stocks says Australia is on track to meet its Paris Agreement targets under the Coalition. “It is just hilarious that all of these journalists are so eager to say ‘11,000 scientists have all said it's a climate emergency’ and they’ve just run with it and no one has thought to run a ruler down, say, 20 of them to see what sort of people we are talking about here,” Mr Morrow said.
Mr Morrow said the petition also called for the destruction of capitalism.
“So many people are willing to be the useful idiots for these climate cultists who want to use the environment as a way to enforce their own socialist ideals which have failed time and time again for a hundred years," he said.
