"I think everything ' s a question of priorities ," Ivanka Trump said in an exclusive interview with Fox Business Network Friday. "We have our priorities in the White House," she continued. "We're fighting every day for the American worker, we're fighting every day to improve the quality of life for

White House adviser Ivanka Trump said "everything's a question of priorities," when asked for her reaction to Democrats' impeachment inquiry into her father.

"I think everything's a question of priorities. We have our priorities in the White House. We're fighting every day for the American worker," Trump told Fox Business when asked about the inquiry. "We're delivering in that fight and on that promise. That's our priority."

Asked whether President Trump was focused on Democratic scrutiny, she replied, "My father has definitely grown used to this. This has been true basically since day one. Certainly since the election so we're focused on delivering and fulfilling promises made to the American people."

Democrats launched an impeachment inquiry last month into the president for his dealings with Ukraine.

Lawmakers are looking into President Trump's 's July 25 phone call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in which he encouraged the leader to look into democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden.

"Biden went around bragging that he stopped the prosecution so if you can look into it... It sounds horrible to me," Trump said, according to a memo released by the White House.

On Thursday, Trump publicly encouraged Ukraine and China to investigate Biden.
