Recipe: Low carb carrot fries Ingredients (for 4 people)

For the low carb carrot fries:

4 carrots 2 cloves of garlic grated Parmesan 6 tbsp olive oil 3 tbsp breadcrumbs Salt Pepper

For the sour cream:

200 g low-fat quark 100 g crème fraîche 1 tbsp white wine vinegar 1 clove of garlic 1/2 onion a little lemon juice 4-5 tbsp chives Sugar, salt, pepper to taste Preparation: Press the cloves of garlic and mix in a bowl with olive oil, 4 tbsp grated Parmesan, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper . Clean and peel the carrots and cut them lengthways into sticks like french fries. Put the parmesan-garlic-oil mixture on a plate and roll the carrot fries thoroughly until the carrots are coated with the mixture. Spread the carrots on a baking tray lined with baking paper and cook for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees until soft. Turn the carrot fries halfway through. Then let the fries cool for a few minutes and serve with the sour cream.
