‘All Combat Takes Place at Night’: Kyle Rittenhouse’s Lawyer Urges Trump Fans to ‘Dust Off’ Gun Rights
The lawyer for Kenosha shooter Kyle Rittenhouse is on a Twitter tear again—this time, urging supporters to “dust off those Second Amendment rights” and not let China “steal” the election from lame-duck President Trump. “Time to dust off those Second Amendment rights. Founders put it there for a very specific reason,” attorney John Pierce tweeted Wednesday night. In another tweet, Pierce wrote, “Trump won in a landslide. The triad of Big Tech, mainstream media and the CCP is trying to steal it. Obvious. Do not let them. Do not give an inch. Fight over every single hedgerow. Nothing less than our freedom hangs in the balance.
Kyle Rittenhouse, who was arrested after allegedly shooting two people during an August demonstration in Kenosha, Wisconsin, posted $2 million in bail on Friday with the help of MyPillow founder and CEO Mike Lindell.
Rittenhouse was charged with first-degree intentional homicide, attempted homicide, reckless homicide, recklessly endangering safety and illegal possession of a firearm in connection with the shootings. Rittenhouse's attorney Lin Wood has said that Rittenhouse was acting in self-defense. In August, Wood created a foundation designed to take donations for Rittenhouse's defense. On Friday, Wood announced Rittenhouse's release from jail and name-checked Lindell as one of those who made a contribution.
Fox News’s election fraud pandering may be its most dangerous lie yet
Rupert Murdoch doesn’t believe Trump was cheated. But he’s letting Fox personalities spin tales that could permanently harm America. So what else is new?
"KYLE RITTENHOUSE IS OUT OF JAIL," tweeted Wood on Friday. "God bless ALL who donated to help #FightBack raise required $2M cash bail. Special thanks to Actor Ricky Schroder @rickyshroder1 & Mike Lindell @realMikeLindell for putting us over the top."
"Kyle is SAFE," Wood continued. "Thanks to ALL who helped this boy."

Rittenhouse had become a cause celebre for some conservatives after the shooting who believed the teenager to be a patriot who acted in self-defense.
Tucker Carlson Apologizes for Claiming 96-Year-Old Georgia Voter Was a Dead Man
Fox News host Tucker Carlson opened his show Wednesday by proclaiming that “truth really matters more than ever.” What he was about to report was “not a theory,” he said, adding: “It happened and we can prove it.” But two days later, he opened with an apology. One of the voters he claimed had cast a ballot from the grave on Friday’s episode—claims that were amplified by the Trump campaign and by members of Congress like Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL)—had not actually done so after all.The late James Blalock of Newtown County, Georgia, whom he profiled in the earlier episode, had not actually voted in the 2020 presidential election as Carlson claimed.
Lindell, perhaps best known for his seemingly ubiquitous television advertisements, is a Republican who served as the Chairman for Trump's re-election campaign in Minnesota. In March, Lindell appeared at a press briefing at the White House alongside Trump.
"Our president gave us so much hope, where, just a few short months ago, we had the best economy, the lowest unemployment and wages going up," Lindell said. "It was amazing."
Trump told a September campaign rally in Minnesota that Lindell should run for governor. Lindell was in attendance at the event.
"He has my complete and total endorsement," Trump said. "You should run. You'd be a hell of a governor."
In October, Lindell said he would run for Governor of Minnesota if it voted Republican in the November elections. The Associated Press projected a Minnesota win for Democratic President-electafter the elections.
Tucker Carlson’s ‘Dead Voters’ Report Has Embarrassingly Blown Up in His Face
Last week, Fox News host Tucker Carlson delivered a breathless report he promised his viewers was the unvarnished truth about voter fraud, claiming he had undeniable evidence that people were fraudulently posing as dead voters to cast ballots in Georgia. “What we’re about to tell you is accurate,” Carlson confidently declared last Wednesday. “It’s not a theory. It happened, and we can prove it. Other news organizations could prove it, too. They’ve simply chosen not to.” Unfortunately for the Fox News star, other news organizations did look into his claims. Of the four examples he specifically cited, three of those people are actually alive.
After Fox News hostmade controversial remarks about the Black Lives Matter movement in June, many of Carlson's advertisers stopped sponsoring his program. Lindell, however, continued to run MyPillow commercials on Carlson's show. According to the television tracking firm iSpot, 37.8 percent of the advertising shown on Carlson's program between January 1 and June 30, 2020 were MyPillow ads.
"I feel blessed to be able to advertise on all of the major networks and national cable stations, including on Tucker Carlson Tonight," Lindell told the Washington Post in June. "I advertise MyPillow to help people across the country. I support my business, our customers and my employees."
Lindell has not exhibited the same attitude towards CNN. In September, Lindell appeared in an interview withregarding a COVID-19 treatment called Oleandrin. Lindell said he had been taking Oleandrin for months and that it had helped protect him from the coronavirus. Cooper alleged that Oleandrin had no merit as a therapeutic and compared Lindell to a "snake oil salesman."

After hiring Wood as his attorney, Lindell demanded that Cooper issue an apology for the segment.
"Cooper's interview of my client is the most outrageously unprofessional 'hit piece' interview I have ever viewed," Wood wrote in a September letter to CNN Executive President and General Counsel David Vigilante.
Sidney Powell published 2 misspelt election lawsuits against Georgia and Michigan, even after the Trump campaign publicly disowned her .
Sidney Powell, the attorney formerly working with the Trump campaign, has released legal documents challenging election results in Georgia and Michigan. Business Insider found that the Michigan suit had been lodged in federal court, but could not verify the status of the Georgia one. Powell was dropped from Trump's legal team after making outlandish claims that a vast communist conspiracy stole the election from him. Her legal claims repeat many of those allegations, including of Chinese and Iranian interference and digital vote-switching with machines linked to Venezuela's Hugo Chavez.
