Whether you're cutting back on alcohol, going dry for a month, or looking for family-friendly drinks, mocktails are a fun substitute for cocktails that boast all of the delicious flavours without the side effects of liquor.

In a saucepan, boil the milk and cream with the sugar, pour over the chocolate, mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained, set aside.

Place the sliced pears on the plates, coat with syrup to make them shine, pour a spoonful of chocolate sauce and a touch of whipped cream on the side, add a few slivered almonds.
