The California College of Physicians will look into this case

The doctor's attitude surprised the presiding judge. "I am not very comfortable with the health of the patient if you are in full operation even though I am trying to complete your trial" , launched the lawyer to the professional. "I have another surgeon with me who takes care of the operation by my side" , explained the latter, adding to be able to stand "in front of you and at the same time allow the team to operate ”.

The judge however preferred to put an end to this surrealist hearing and proposed another date to the litigant. The next day, the California medical order indicated that it would analyze this case, considering that the patient treated had perhaps not benefited from the "standards of treatment and attention" that the one expects from a doctor.
