You’ll thank yourself come January.

Hot Rod Momma Still Has Her 1967 Chevrolet Camaro SS Convertible From High School

Hot Rod Momma Still Has Her 1967 Chevrolet Camaro SS Convertible From High School Most of the guys who bought muscle cars back in the day were, well, guys. So when we met Janet Fisher and found out that not only has she owned this beautiful RS/SS Camaro since the day it was delivered but also had special-ordered it four months after high school graduation, we knew there was a great story about a great car there. It began back in mid-1966, when 17-year-old Janet Nicholas, already a licensed beautician, was saving money for a new car. She used the city bus to get to her job and could only borrow her dad's 1955 Chevy when he wasn't using it.

The Classical Kids are creating a brand new theatrical symphony concert production based on the life and music of George Gershwin, and it’s scheduled to premiere next season with the National Sym¬phony Orchestra at the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C.! George Gershwin’s music will touch the hearts of today’s young people, ensuring that his musical legacy.

It’s launching on special edition LC Structural Blue editions.

A butterfly inspired it, says Lexus. The Morpho butterfly has, at least to the human eye, deep and shimmering blue wings – although they’re actually colourless: a lattice on the surface of the wings distorts light to make them appear blue.

To replicate this, Lexus applies paint containing ultra-fine nano-structures in 15-micrometre layers. Normal metallic paint pigments reflect barely 50 percent of visible blue light: the ones in the new Structural Blue colour reflect almost 100 percent. Each car carries 300 grammes of paint pigment: within this like 300 bullion pigment flakes…

But if you’re thinking that, actually, it doesn’t look all that impressive in the images, rest assured: Lexus adds that “it is designed to work on the eye rather than on a camera lens”. We’ll thus have to take the firm’s word for it that its 15-year labour was not in vain.
