The rhubarb season is so slow to the end, but who wants to enjoy the sour sweet vegetables but still longer to enjoy this recipe
To delay all year round at the delicious and glowing rhubarb, you can either freeze it, or make a quick jam from the vegetables! Together with berries, this spread simply tastes beautiful spring and can be given away wonderfully in great glasses. Click here for easy recipe:
Ingredients: 500 g rhubarb 500 g raspberries 500 g Gelling sugar 2 pck. Vanilla sugar Preparation:
1. Cut the rhubarb in small pieces and together with the raspberries in a saucepan give. Tip: If you use TK raspberries, you should first thaw.
2. Add the gelling sugar and stir well. Bring to a boil and cook for about 5 minutes with stirring. Stir in the end of vanilla sugar and fill in clean glasses, place them upside down and let it cold.
Tip: You can also omit the raspberries and replace the same amount of rhubarbers or replace the raspberries through strawberries - even a great combination!
