Joe takes two photos, a"before" and"after," but captures them in reverse, first doing everything he can to maximize the appearance of his body, eating sugar and salt, trying to get as much blood into his"showoff" muscles as possible, positioning himself under optimal lighting, and adopting a traditional bodybuilding pose.

For the second photo, he demonstrates how different he looks after consuming soda and milk, which cause bloating, and changes the lighting setup of the photo. Then he uses the filtering tool on the"after" photo to create as much emphasis on his muscle definition as he can.
