Sam Heughan just shared another workout photo in which he can be seen showing off his jacked arms. Just days after posting a birthday gym selfie, the Scottish actor is at it again—albeit with a better angle this time.

In a shot taken from the DIY workout space he has established in his garage, Heughan posed with a kettlebell while flexing his biceps, and shared the CrossFit-inspired WOD that left him so drenched in perspiration. The workout included core-torching, fat-burning moves including dumbbell cleans, gorilla rows, renegade rows, burpee deadlifts, Russian twists, rack holds, battle ropes and ball slams.
