They’re also usually pretty vocal about it.

Finally, us ladies with curves get a little love!

In a new study conducted by the department of psychology at the National Autonomous University of Mexico, Dr. Filemón Alvarado and Dr. Edgardo Morales discovered that men who were in a relationship with chubby women were TEN times happier than those who were with skinny women.

As a confident fat woman myself, I can testify that my husband is happy. Would he be happier with a skinny woman? Who knows!

What I do know is that he loves my fat rolls, my fat dimples, and even the extra side boob that comes with being a chubby girl.

Is It Okay To Question Your Engagement?

Is It Okay To Question Your Engagement? If you're one of the people who finds themselves taking the ultimate plunge during this engagement season, congrats! You might be fielding thrilled texts from your friends and family, answering questions about wedding planning (which, good luck), and soaking up every moment of this loved-up time. But after the excitement over hitching your life to someone else's for all of eternity wears off, you may find yourself questioning the whole situation. That can be a seriously alienating feeling, because this is meant to be the happiest time of your life — right? But a major life moment like this is bound to bring up some anxiety.

According to the same study, men smile more with chubby partners and were more likely to solve problems easier.

Apparently, our higher BMI comes with a fascinating side effect of being able to anticipate our men's needs and satisfy them.

This is where I have to call bull----.

When I ask my husband which take out food he wants for the night, it turns into a problem that is not easily fixed nor can I anticipate what he really wants because no matter what, he will say, "Whatever you want."

But I'm assuming they're talking more of issues and desires that come with being in a committed relationship and not so much which food to order?

This study also concluded that because we are already heavy, reproducing and carrying baby weight wouldn't be a problem.

OF COURSE IT'S NOT A PROBLEM BECAUSE WOMEN ARE MAGICAL UNICORNS THAT ARE CAPABLE OF ANYTHING!

Which also means that although I do love this study and the fact that us big girls are finally getting our day in the sun, I do believe that love is love is love and it really doesn't matter what size you are when it comes to partnering up.

Everyone has a type of person they're attracted to and it doesn't matter what your head tells you, it's what your heart wants that matters.

Ladies: Chubby, thin, wide, shy, as long as you're full of love it doesn't matter if you're filled with fat.

Find the person who loves your fat rolls and your boney butt—that's what really makes for happiness in a relationship!

It turns out, body positivity may have found a home in the mainstream conversation stateside, but, internationally, women are still finding new ways to discuss their bodies.

The lens through which these women choose to view their bodies varies by country. Where many of the South Korean women we interviewed spoke about their appearance in terms of health, the women we met from Mexico focused more on comments they've received from others (and why they choose to, for the most part, ignore those remarks).

Across all of the interviews we had, however, we noticed one consistency. Whether it's Amanda in Liberia telling us that she tries to praise to herself as often as possible or Keren in Mexico saying that her opinion is the only one that matters, women around the world are making serious moves toward self-love, just like we are in the U.S.

Ahead, check out highlights from all six of our global shoots, then tell us what you think still needs to change about body image worldwide.

It's your body. It's your summer. Enjoy them both.Check out more #TakeBackTheBeach here.
