The Venetian Resort along with its property group Las Vegas Sands announced they will donate more than two million medical masks and 20,000 protective suits to medical professionals in Nevada and New York. The 4th of July fireworks in Las Vegas will look and feel a little different this year, and for good reason. In March, the unthinkable happened in Vegas—the city’s dazzling casinos and resorts closed their doors as COVID-19 spread across the United States. For the first time in more than a generation, the ringing slot machines went silent on the Strip.

Now three months later, Las Vegas has cautiously begun to reopen its hotel rooms, casinos, restaurants and other attractions like the High Roller observation wheel, with social distancing rules, rigorous cleaning standards, and face masks, which are now required by state law when out in public.

Even if you can’t make it to any of the socially distant shows, you can still tune in virtually as the Red Rock and Green Valley Ranch fireworks will be live-streamed on the hotels’ websites and social media accounts.
