Vancouver police searching for driver in fatal hit-and-run Police believe the suspect vehicle is a BMW SUV with a missing grill. The drivers took off towards Victoria Drive after striking a 53-year-old woman in a crosswalk near East 41st Avenue and Commercial Street.

Toronto police are requesting the public’s assistance in a kidnapping investigation in North York.

A man was robbed at around 9:35 p.m. Friday near Yonge St. and Sheppard Ave. E. after getting into a black four-door sedan the man believed belonged to a ride-share car he ordered, police said in a news release.

There were three Black men inside the sedan, police said, all of whom demanded the victim turn over his property once he was locked inside the vehicle.

The suspects robbed the man of a Canada Goose jacket, an iPhone 10, a wallet and $600-$800 in cash. The three suspects then dropped off the man in a nearby area.
