Two men arrested for the 'targeted' killing of Hells Angels member Peel Regional Police have arrested two men for the "targeted" killing of a Hells Angels member earlier this week. On Monday, Michael Deabaitua-Schulde, 32, was shot in the parking lot of HUF Boxing Gym, near the intersection of Dundas Street East and Cawthra Road in Mississauga, at around 11:20 a.m. Deabaitua-Schulde was transported to a nearby hospital but died from his wounds upon arriving, Peel Paramedics said. Police confirmed to CBC Toronto that Deabaitua-Schulde was a full-patch member of the Hells Angels. Montreal police arrested the two male suspects, aged 27 and 28, Wednesday night.

Marckens Vilme, 28, of Montreal was charged with first degree murder in Deabaitua-Schulde’s death, Peel Region police announced.

Vilme has a lengthy criminal record that shows a longstanding association with a Montreal street gang called the Ruffriders, and connections to Quebec Hells Angels.

He also has an outstanding assault charge in Laval.

A third suspect Jonathan Martinez-Seyes, 27, was charged Wednesday night with accessory after the fact.

Deabaitua-Schulde was a member of the Niagara Region charter of the Hells Angels. One of his fellow Niagara Region members has been seen in Montreal several times recently, according to a Quebec source.

Peel Region police recovered a burned blue Honda Civic at the corner of Rymal Rd and Tomken Rd. shortly after the murder Monday.

The suspects wore dark hoodies and fled the shooting area in the Honda.

One person is facing charges of criminal harassment and uttering threats against Nepean MPP Lisa MacLeod, Ottawa police confirmed Thursday afternoon. On Wednesday, MacLeod said she decided against attending a rally at Queen's Park about changes to autism funding because she had received "credible threats" against her. Ottawa police have arrested one person in relation to that complaint. The suspect is facing three counts of uttering threats and one count of criminal harassment. Police did not reveal any details about the suspect. Neither MacLeod nor police revealed the precise nature of the threats.
