ANAHEIM -- Two people were killed and a third was seriously wounded in a head-on collision in Anaheim Thursday afternoon during a pursuit involving Orange County Sheriff's deputies, CBS Los Angeles reports. The crash occurred on Imperial Highway at River Valley Trail a little at 12:48 p.m.

Police said the driver, speeding in a silver BMW 340i, was killed along with his three passengers after he lost control of his car while driving “at a high rate of speed with another dark colored sedan” in Northridge, according to a press release. The BMW crashed into some vehicles and a light pole.

KINGSTON, Ont. - Provincial police say Ontario radio personality Bobby Gale has died in a highway collision in Kingston.

OPP Const. Roop Sandhu says Gale was travelling westbound from Quebec just before 4 a.m. Saturday when he appeared to have car trouble and left his vehicle.

The 62-year-old was then struck by a tractor trailer, and was pronounced dead at the scene.

OPP say the truck driver remained at the scene, and they're not considering any charges.

Police in Kingston, Ont., say the boy, whose name is protected by a publication ban, was rearrested on Sunday. They declined to say what led to his arrest, but confirmed he's now charged with one count each of mischief and breach of bail conditions. The teen, who was first arrested in January, was released from custody earlier this month under a number of strict bail conditions.
