Halton Region police are on the lookout for a man who looks like actor Ben Affleck in a theft from a Milton LCBO.

Investigators report the suspect, in his mid- to late 20s, was at the LCBO at 1025 Bronte St. S. and stole alcohol with a total value of $53.90 on Thursday, Aug. 8.

He is described as white, about six-foot-one, 200 pounds, with reddish brown hair and a moustache and beard. At the time, he was wearing black shorts and a black sweatshirt with a white and blue “Quik Silver” logo on the front, as well as a backwards grey baseball cap, and runners with red laces.

Last year, police in Blackpool, England released an image of a man who bore a striking resemblance to Friends actor David Schwimmer after the thief swiped a bank card and bought cans of beer and other items. The image went viral, prompting the actor himself to jokingly declare his innocence.
