  RCMP seeking 2 'armed and dangerous' suspects in Whitehorse shooting Yukon RCMP are on the hunt for two "armed and dangerous" suspects in connection to a shooting outside a Whitehorse bar. Both suspects are described as black men, approximately six feet tall. Police believe they may be travelling together in a silver Toyota Tacoma pickup truck."If a member of the general public observes one or both of these individuals, the police urge the public to not approach and call 911 or their local police department immediately," the release reads.

Police in Leicester have begun a multiple assault inquiry after a man was found in a life - threatening condition and three others were injured. Officers were called to Paget Road in Leicester at about 3.30am on Saturday morning.

Police say they received several calls about gunfire just before 7 p.m., including from one of the shooting victims.

Investigators believe the shots were fired from a moving vehicle along the southbound lanes of the highway between Steeles Avenue and Finche Avenue West.

The victims were able to exit the highway and stop at gas station in the Finch Avenue and Jayzel Drive, where one of them placed a 911 call, Insp. Stacey Davis told reporters.

That's where officers located all three victims suffering gunshot wounds.

Police are now asking anyone who may have been traveling along the southbound lanes of Highway 400 who may have dashcam footage or who witnessed anything to contact them at 416-808-2222 or leave anonymous tip with Crime Stoppers by calling 1-800-222-TIPS.

The southbound lanes of the highway are now closed from Steeles Avenue to Finch Avenue for the investigation.

Ontario Provincial Police say the east and westbound ramps from Highway 407 onto Highway 400 are also being closed.

Drivers are warned to expect delays and to consider alternate routes.

Vancouver man arrested and charged in shooting of innocent bystander in Surrey .
Surrey RCMP have arrested a Vancouver man in the shooting of an innocent bystander that occurred more than two years ago. 22-year-old Abd'l Malik Loubissi-Morris was arrested on Dec. 11 in Richmond. He's accused of shooting a 62-year-old woman who was visiting Surrey from Ontario on July 9, 2017. Police said at the time that people in two trucks exchanged gunfire in a residential area of the 7700 block of 147A Street at about 3:30 p.m. PT.The woman was a bystander and not the intended target, says Surrey RCMP Superintendent Elija Rain.
