A major fire broke out in Lindoso National Park in northern Portugal, not far from the Spanish border. As Portuguese and Spanish firefighters battle the blazes, a seaplane has crashed in a "mountainous area" in the province of Ourense. According to local media, one of the two occupants was killed, and the second is seriously injured.
