One year after the fire at the Lubrizol plant in Rouen , anger still dominates among some residents. Several hundred demonstrators marched in the streets of Rouen on Saturday afternoon to denounce the authorities' lack of transparency, while more than 5,000 tonnes of chemicals were destroyed by fire on September 26, 2019.
