City police are searching for a 32-year-old woman last seen Friday morning in northeast Edmonton . A 10-year-old Regina boy who had been missing since Friday was found Monday afternoon. He was last seen on 4600 block of 2 nd Ave N. on June 2 , found Monday afternoon.

Edmonton police are asking for public assistance to find a woman last seen in northeast Edmonton Friday. Atwi’s family members have spent all weekend handing out missing posters and helping police search for her.

City police are searching for a 32-year-old woman last seen Friday morning in northeast Edmonton. 

Nadia Atwi, 32, requires medication and may be confused, a police news release said Sunday. 

She was last seen near 48 Street and 146 Avenue around 6:30 a.m. Friday. Investigators believe she may be near the Rundle Park area.

Atwi is described as Lebanese, weighing between 170 and 180 pounds, and about five feet eight inches tall. She has dark brown hair and brown eyes, and was last seen wearing dark clothing.

She may be wearing a hijab and may be missing one or both of her shoes.

“Her disappearance is also considered to be out of character and therefore there are concerns for her well-being,” the release said. 

Anyone with information is asked to call police at 780-423-4567 or submit an anonymous tip to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.

Man wanted for setting fire to Christmas display outside Edmonton grocery store .
Police have released surveillance footage of an arson suspect who set fire to a Christmas display outside a grocery store in northwest Edmonton early Sunday morning. Investigators hope someone will recognize the man from the closed-circuit security camera footage. At about 8 a.m., police were called to the scene outside the Superstore on Stony Plain Road near 173rd Street in the Terra Losa neighbourhood. Police think the Christmas display was set on fire just before 3 a.m. by a lone male suspect, who fled north on foot.
