Police are looking for a 75-year-old woman in hospital pants last seen near the Regina General Hospital.

Marlene Watetch was last seen in on the 1400 block of 14th Avenue at approximately 8 a.m. Sunday. The hospital is the only building located on that block, but police did not confirm whether she was seeking treatment there, citing privacy concerns.

There is no reason to believe Watetch has come to harm, police said. But they noted that she is vulnerable because of her age and called on the public to help locate her.

Watetch uses a wheelchair to get around, according to police. She is approximately 5-foot-6 and 180 pounds, with brown hair in a ponytail, brown eyes and glasses. When she was last seen, she was dressed in blue hospital pants, a black jacket with a logo on the right side and slippers.

Anyone with information that could assist police in locating Watetch can contact the Regina Police Service at 306-777-6500 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
