  Stolen van carrying man's body found RED DEER, Alta. - RCMP say a minivan containing a man's body that was stolen from a funeral home in Red Deer, Alta., has been recovered. Police say the body was still in the back of the vehicle when it was found in a central-area neighbourhood of the city, hours after it was taken around 6:30 a.m. Tuesday. The driver had briefly left the black 2014 Chrysler Town and Country in the funeral home's parking lot when it was stolen. A man is dead after his vehicle plunged into the ocean near the Bonavista Dungeon  in  Newfoundland Tuesday.

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police say his car is submerged in the water at the bottom of a cliff.

Emergency responders are on the scene, and it's unclear if other people were in the car. 

Police say a traffic analyst is on the way.

Lee Tremblett, who lives near Bonavista and witnessed rescue efforts, says the car fell off an embankment near the Dungeon Provincial Park

He said a helicopter has been dispatched to the area and that the area is a popular whale watching spot.

The driver of that vehicle did not require medical treatment.The driver of the second vehicle was uninjured and was issued a ticket for failing to yield.
