The art-pop singer showed off the intricate geometric design that fully covers her back in white ink on Instagram.“Full back in white ink by @tweakt w sum help from the alien computer brain of @nusi_quero,” she captioned the photo. “Don’t have a good pic cuz it hurts too much and I need to sleep haha, and it’ll be red for a few wks , but gna be beautiful alien scars.

Prior to joining The Ink Factory , Josephs was Head of Production at Film4, and in her time at Channel 4 also had oversight of C4’s drama and comedy output as Head of Production Management (Scripted). During her tenure at C4, Josephs worked across a number of acclaimed projects including Slumdog Millionaire; Twelve Years a Slave; Inbetweeners, The Movie; Under the Skin; Ex Machina; Three Billboards Outside Ebbing Missouri and upcoming releases including Bart Layton’s American Animalsand Yorgos Lanthimos’s The Favourite.

Tracey Josephs has joined London and LA-based production outfit The Ink Factory as head of production . She was previously head of production at Film4, where she worked across films including Slumdog Millionaire; Twelve Years A Slave and Inbetweeners, The Movie. Deadline understands that the former Film4 executive is taking a break from the television and film industry to help her brother run his food retail business in London.

Josephs, who also served as a director at The Ink Factory, was an executive producer on Stephen Merchant’s Florence Pugh film Fighting With My Family, while her other credits for the company include BBC/AMC series The Little Drummer Girl.

  Endeavor Content Appoints Cristina Garza As SVP, Development & Production EXCLUSIVE: Endeavor Content has tapped Cristina Garza as its SVP, Development and Production. In the executive appointment, which is effective immediately, Garza will focus on Latino audience-facing English-language content in the United States, and Spanish-language content as part of Endeavor Content’s global slate. Previously an agent in Media Finance at CAA, Garza has dedicated her career to the development, sale and distribution of Latin American cinema and television. While at CAA she specialized in independently financed film, television and digital content for the Latin American and Spanish market.

The Ink Factory , the production co behind The Night Manager and Fighting With My Family, has extended its financing partnership with investor 127 Wall Productions . Henwood’s new role, along with Head of Production Tracey Josephs , will lend support to the work of Creative Director Katherine Butler, who joined from Raw in December. “At this difficult time for the industry, the continued support of our partners at 127 Wall, alongside our recently announced investment from Endeavor Content , is particularly appreciated,” jointly commented Ink Factory co-CEOs Simon and Stephen Cornwell.

Endeavor Content and The Ink Factory have a long-running relationship; the former has sold John Le Carre adaptations The Night Manager and Little Drummer Girl internationally. The agreement also includes a commitment to collaborate in new areas such as podcasts and other digital projects. The deal was negotiated by Rod Henwood, Chief Strategy Officer for The Ink Factory , and Tim Robinson, Chief Operating Officer for Endeavor Content . Raine acted as financial advisors to Ink Factory on the transaction and Wiggin served as lawyers on the deal.

During her time at Film4, she worked across Oscar-winning projects including Slumdog Millionaire, 12 Years A Slave, and Three Billboards Outside Ebbing Missouri, as well as box office hits like Inbetweeners, The Movie.
