The Golden State Warriors have acquired the 41st overall pick in Thursday's NBA draft from the Atlanta Hawks in exchange for a 2024 second-round pick and $1.3 million, league sources told ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.

Golden State used a similar maneuver during the 2017 draft when it dealt $3.5 million in cash considerations to land Jordan Bell, who was selected by the Chicago Bulls with the 38th overall pick. The Warriors also own the 28th and 58th picks in the 2019 draft.

Meanwhile, Atlanta already dealt the 44th overall pick to the Miami Heat in exchange for a future conditional second-round pick and cash considerations. The Hawks now hold the eighth, 10th, 17th, and 35th overall selections in the 2019 draft.

Report: Grizzlies won't buy out Iguodala, will explore trade.
The Memphis Grizzlies do not intend to buy out veteran forward Andre Iguodala and are instead exploring his trade market, league sources told ESPN's Tim MacMahon. Among teams interested in acquiring the former Finals MVP are the Houston Rockets and Dallas Mavericks, sources added. Iguodala, 35, was traded from the Golden State Warriors to the Grizzlies along with a protected 2024 first-round pick in an effort to shed his $17.2-million salary and create space to acquire D'Angelo Russell via sign-and-trade. Iguodala has been linked to the Los Angeles Lakers, but it was widely assumed such a move would come following a buyout by the Grizzlies.
