Thethird baseman and former Blue Jay recently discussed the rookie and credited him for putting together such an impressive start to his big-league career.
"To see how he moves, to see how athletic he is and how conscious he is at the plate, especially that young, you can see he is pretty special," Donaldson told.
Bichette has been on a tear with the Blue Jays since debuting July 29. The 21-year-old was hitting .329/.365/.607 with eight home runs, 14 RBIs, and 46 hits in 32 games entering Tuesday's series finale against the Braves. Half of Bichette's hits have also been of the extra-base variety.

"He has the gift. It's going to be mental from here on out and being able to stay constantly in the right frame of mind," Donaldson added.
