Teams are calling the Denver Broncos about wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders, who is likely to become available as the trade deadline nears, sources told ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Sanders, who early in the season said the struggling Broncos were "living in a world of suck," is reportedly likely open to a change in scenery.

The Carolina Panthers, New England Patriots, Philadelphia Eagles, and San Francisco 49ers are among the teams that could show interest in the 32-year-old.

Sanders is in his sixth year with Denver and will become a free agent after the season. He has 30 receptions for 367 yards and two touchdowns through seven games in his return from an Achilles injury that ended his 2018 campaign prematurely.

Report: Flacco could miss 5-6 weeks with neck injury, but surgery unlikely .
Based on the initial tests on his injured neck, Denver Broncos quarterback Joe Flacco could be out for five-to-six weeks, a source told NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. Flacco is unlikely to undergo surgery and his career is not in jeopardy, Rapoport added, but being placed on injured reserve remains a possibility. Broncos head coach Vic Fangio announced Monday that Flacco won't play in Week 9 due to a herniated disc in his neck, but said he would need more information before making a decision on the pivot's roster spot.
