Conor McGregor and Donald Cerrone made weight Friday morning ahead of their welterweight main event at UFC 246 on Saturday in Las Vegas.

Both fighters tipped the scale at 170 pounds - one pound under the limit for non-title bouts.

Conor McGregor triumphantly returned in the UFC 246 main event, defeating Donald Cerrone by first-round TKO on Saturday night in Las Vegas. The stoppage came 40 seconds into the opening frame. McGregor attacked "Cowboy" right when the bell sounded, and it didn't take long for the former UFC two-division champion to land some serious blows. He connected with several shoulder strikes to daze Cerrone, then followed up with a head kick and flying knee. The barrage from McGregor put the 36-year-old down, and referee Herb Dean promptly needed to intervene.

A reporter was loudly booed by MMA fans at a UFC event after asking Conor McGregor about the sexual assault allegations made against him .
The Pearl Theater in Las Vegas was open to the public, and many MMA fans raucously booed the reporter. It happened at the 2,500 capacity Pearl Theater inside the Palms Resort Casino near the Las Vegas strip in Paradise, Nevada, three days before the Irishman headlines the UFC 246 show at the T-Mobile Arena in a non-title welterweight bout against Donald Cerrone.
