WEEK 7 FANTASY: Sleepers | Busts | Start 'em, sit 'em

Saquon Barkley injury update

Barkley (ankle) was out in Week 6 and did not practice Wednesday of this week. His injury timetable was set for a few weeks, so it would be a surprise if he is ready to go against Carolina. This might turn into a Christian McCaffrey situation, where he tries to tough it out but ultimately ends up on IR. That's something we should be monitoring moving forward.

Fantasy Basketball Rankings 2021: Top 200 cheat sheet

Fantasy Basketball Rankings 2021: Top 200 cheat sheet With the 2021-22 NBA season right around the corner, fantasy draft season is upon us! Add our top 200 fantasy basketball rankings to your cheat sheet so you can find the top-tier players and breakout sleepers all throughout your draft.Below, you can find each player accompanied by their current team, position eligibility, and position rank. Pay attention to which players are eligible at multiple positions, as that can help with roster flexibility and provide advantages in specific categories.

Even if he does play, his expectations should be set somewhat low in a matchup with one of the league's best defense against RBs. Additionally, it's tough to think he'll get a full workload. Devontae Booker will once again start for New York if Barkley is out, and even though he handles almost all of the work, he's our RB19 in standard and RB18 in PPR. It's a rough week with a ton of players unavailable, but it's tough to rank him much higher. It's a simple concept -- a backup RB with a poor offensive line against a top-notch run defense does not usually equal fantasy success.

WEEK 7 PPR RANKINGS:

Quarterback | Running back | Wide receiver | Tight end | D/ST | Kicker

Antonio Gibson injury update

Gibson (shin) did not practice Wednesday. However, this will be the third straight Wednesday practice he's missed, and he has yet to miss a game. That said, the shin seems to be getting worse, and his Week 7 availability seems more in danger than previous weeks. He exited Washington's Week 6 game on a few occasions and was ultimately ruled out in the fourth quarter. We'll have to watch this situation closely, but he might be trending on the wrong side of questionable.

Hockey world goes crazy for Charles Barkley's chaotic 'NHL on TNT' debut

Hockey world goes crazy for Charles Barkley's chaotic 'NHL on TNT' debut It took just over an hour for Charles Barkley to solidify the 'NHL on TNT' broadcast as must-watch television. The NHL is getting a fresh look with new deals from TNT and ESPN this season and one of the former’s biggest stars from their iconic NBA broadcasts joined in the action on the first night. Of course, it needed to start off with a bang which involved the greatest hockey player of all time, Wayne Gretzky, shooting pucks on a bewildered Barkley, barely holding on to the goaltending equipment as the biscuits blasted by. Even while getting ready and preparing for the segment, Barkley was putting on a show.Chuck vs. Wayne coming up during the first intermission...

If he's out, J.D. McKissic is a top flex option in PPR leagues, We know the volume will be there in the passing game for him, at least. He is startable in standard leagues too, but Washington likes Jaret Patterson, and he might take a decent portion of carries.

If Gibson is in, we rank him as the RB6 in standard and RB8 in PPR. Again, McKissic becomes attractive in this case. You probably don't want to start Patterson yet, but he's worth stashing if this becomes a lingering issue.

WEEK 7 STANDARD RANKINGS:

Quarterback | Running back | Wide receiver | Tight end | D/ST | Kicker

Latavius Murray injury update

Murray (ankle) didn't practice Wednesday, but it's too early in the week to have an idea if he'll play against Cincinnati. Either way, he's tough to trust in your lineups, as this Baltimore backfield is trending toward being even more of a committee than we expected. Devonta Freeman and Le'Veon Bell both joined Murray on the scoreboard against the Chargers, and each guy carried at least eight times. Murray was the overall touch leader, but even if he's active and banged up, the work could be split down the middle again. However, Murray does carry the most upside and will be the guy to dominate touches, if anyone.

NFL Week 6 Weather Updates: Wind in forecast for several games, including Cardinals-Browns, could affect fantasy start 'em, sit 'em decisions

NFL Week 6 Weather Updates: Wind in forecast for several games, including Cardinals-Browns, could affect fantasy start 'em, sit 'em decisions It's going to be a windy Sunday around the league, with an especially gusty game expected for Cardinals-Browns. With the help of meteorologist Kevin Roth from RotoGrinders, we break down the Week 6 NFL weather forecast ahead of your fantasy start 'em, sit 'em decisions. Before we get into the Week 6 forecasts, here's a reminder that if you have any questions about sports weather or how weather could impact play (and, potentially, your fantasy, DFS, and gambling decisions), don't hesitate to reach out to RotoGrinders' meteorologist Kevin Roth on Twitter (@KevinRothWx) or check out the hourly NFL weather forecasts on RotoGrinders.

If active, Murray is our RB30 in standard and RB33 in PPR leagues. He feels like the only playable Ravens' RB at this point, but Devonta Freeman should get some consideration if Murray is out.

Kadarius Toney injury update

Toney (ankle) did not take part in practice Wednesday, as he's expected to miss one or two weeks of action. If Kenny Golladay (see below) plays, he looks to be the No. 2 option in the offense at this point. With Toney out, it should be another game full of Sterling Shepard targets. The Giants offense has struggled this year, but Shepard still produces solid fantasy outings, especially in PPR leagues. With the consistency he's shown, he should be viewed as a near must-start.

Kenny Golladay injury update

Golladay (knee) was another "DNP" on Wednesday, and his chances of playing this week look slim to none. His timetable was set for two-to-four weeks when his knee injury happened, so he could remain out beyond this week, too. Again, wheels up for Sterling Shepard with Toney and Golladay out.

Shepard is our WR20 in PPR and WR22 in standard leagues. The targets and receptions will be there, and a touchdown could make him a WR1 on the week. Dante Pettis saw more targets last week with Toney hurting, and Golladay and Darius Slayton out, but it's tough to trust anyone other than Shepard.

Fantasy Football Buy-Low, Sell-High Stock Watch: Justin Jefferson, Jaylen Waddle among trade candidates heading into Week 9 .
Is now the time to trade for Justin Jefferson, Jaylen Waddle, Mike Evans, D'Andre Swift, and , among other big-name fantasy football stars? The Fantasy Pros' staff breaks down some of the best buy-low, sell-high trade candidates in their Week 9 Stock Watch. It's important to look deeper than surface-level production. Targets and touches can be just as important as yards and touchdowns when trying to project for the future. After you do that, you need to look even deeper. Upcoming matchups, bye-week worries specific to your team, and potential playing time issues (are any teammates coming back from injuries?) can affect who you target or deem expendable. Take it all in and act accordingly.
