  Redblacks keep rolling with win over Ticats Rookie Lewis Ward booted seven field goals to lead the Ottawa Redblacks to a 21-15 win over the Hamilton Tiger-Cats on Saturday afternoon. Ottawa (4-2) remained atop the CFL's East Division and matched the best six-game start in its five-year history. The Redblacks were 4-2 in 2015. Hamilton (2-4) made it close with Jeremiah Masoli's 29-yard TD strike to Jalen Saunders at 13:12 of the fourth, narrowing the deficit to 18-15. But Ottawa receiver Brad Sinopoli recovered the onside kick at the Ticats' 51-yard line with 1:46 remaining, setting up Ward's 44-yard field goal with 46 seconds to play.

Harris had 16 carries for 82 yards with a three-yard TD run and caught four passes for 46 yards.

Receiver Weston Dressler caught a 10-yard touchdown pass from quarterback Matt Nichols and receiver Nic Demski hung on to a 34-yard TD throw.

Justin Medlock kicked field goals from 23 and 33 yards for Winnipeg, went wide on a 54-yard attempt and was good on three converts.

Alex Green ran in a pair of one-yard TDs for Hamilton (3-5) and Brandon Banks caught a 15-yard TD pass from Jeremiah Masoli. The two-point convert attempt after Banks's TD was incomplete.
