New Developments in the Brad Pitt Burglary Incident

In a messy turn of events, two teenagers have found themselves in serious trouble after trying to pull off their own version of Ocean’s Eleven at none other than Brad Pitt’s home.

Jaquory Arman Watson and Damari Zair Charles, both aged 18, were taken into custody on Monday as they faced serious charges of first-degree burglary. According to reports, they received an extra sentencing enhancement for allegedly working with another accomplice, based on information from PEOPLE. It’s said that the duo targeted a residence in Orange County, California, just a few days prior, on August 7.

As per court documents from Orange County that PEOPLE got hold of, both suspects are currently being held without bail. If they are found guilty, they could be facing up to six years behind bars.

But it gets juicier. These two teens aren’t just random criminals—they’re reportedly connected to a group that’s been behind a series of home burglaries across Southern California. Their arrest comes on the heels of a previous break-in at Pitt’s home in Los Feliz, LA, which happened on June 25.

The break-in during that June night is said to have occurred around 10:30 PM. The Los Angeles Police Department found that the intruders broke through the front window to gain access. Once in, they made quite a mess, allegedly rummaging through the place and stealing various items. It’s important to note that Pitt, who’s now 61, was not at home when this all went down.

Watson and Charles are named as the main suspects, but the authorities are still keeping tight-lipped about the identity of the third suspect involved in their scheme. According to NBC 4, charges related to Pitt’s burglary could potentially be following soon.

Burglary at Brad Pitt’s Home Among Recent Celebrity Invasions

This latest robbery at Pitt’s residence isn’t an isolated incident; it’s just another case in a troubling pattern of celebrity home invasions that have been occurring in LA. Earlier this year, on Valentine’s Day, the homes of Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban were hit as well. Intruders reportedly smashed a glass door or window to access their place, creating chaos before making their getaway.

Following Brad Pitt’s unfortunate incident, another attempted burglary occurred on July 30 at the home of Dodgers’ star Yoshinobu Yamamoto in Hollywood Hills, according to CBS News.
