Belinda Carlisle is 67 years old and thriving like never before. Seriously, take a closer look and you might think all those years just passed her by!
Back in the ’80s, Carlisle and her band the Go-Go’s burst onto the music scene with feel-good anthems like “We Got the Beat” and “Vacation.” But she didn’t stop there — her solo tunes like “Heaven Is a Place on Earth” and “Mad About You” kept her star shining. These days, she’s still rocking it on tour and just released her latest album, “Once Upon a Time in California,” this August. Recently, she posted a delightful throwback on Instagram, sharing a side-by-side comparison of her in the same chair in Mexico City from 32 years ago, looking practically unchanged.
“Same chair, 32 years later. A snap taken in Los Angeles in 1993 and the newer one in Mexico City in 2025. Let’s be real, leopard print never gets old! ❤️,” she captioned.

The World Is Her Stage
Belinda truly embraces life as she jet-sets across the globe for performances. Her Instagram is full of beautiful travel memories, including a fantastic image from her recent trip to Lake Van in Turkey.
Birthday Bliss at 67
This past August, Carlisle marked her 67th birthday with a gorgeous selfie that left no doubt about her timeless beauty. Sporting a chic sunhat and a casual chambray shirt, she posed happily, radiating gratitude.
“Another trip around the ☀️… feeling thankful to still be here while many of my dear friends are not. Today’s vibe is all about GRATITUDE 🙏🏼💖🥲,” she shared.
Embracing Sobriety
In a recent chat with The Sunday Times, Belinda opened her heart about her long quest for sobriety. Reflecting on years of battles with substance abuse, she explained how crucial this change has been for her career.
“I thought I could keep my drinking to wine, but eventually I knew I needed to get sober for my career, which was hitting rock bottom. I vividly recall struggling to perform in a small club in Northampton towards the end of that phase. There were just a dozen people in the audience, and my dressing room was literally a janitor’s closet! It was a turning point for me,” she remembered.
Nowadays, her life looks completely different. She’s settled down, married, and has a son.
“I wake up at 3:30 am. Then, I chant for 40 minutes. I adore chanting — it’s not just some trendy thing; it’s about science!” she revealed.
