Exciting news for gamers! Disneyland has made its way into the popular world of “Fortnite”. Beginning Thursday, fans can dive into mini games inspired by some of the park’s most cherished attractions.
This is the first time players will find themselves racing through areas inspired by classics like Space Mountain, Haunted Mansion, and the Matterhorn Bobsleds, right within the Fortnite sandbox environment. Imagine zooming past charming replicas of iconic landmarks – including the memorable Sleeping Beauty Castle and Pixar Pal-A-Round!
All this fun ties back to Disneyland’s celebration of its 70th anniversary, bringing a touch of magic to your Fortnite experience.
As gamers take on these retro rides, they’ll have the chance to earn keys by completing mini games. These keys will unlock one of seven dazzling gold cosmetic items that are available exclusively in this Disneyland-themed world.
Ready to jump in? Joining the Disneyland festivities is simple! Just search for “Disneyland Game Rush” or use the island code 4617-4819-8826 within Fortnite. And good news — Fortnite is totally free to download on multiple platforms, including PlayStation 4 & 5, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and Nintendo Switch 2.
It’s worth mentioning that back in 2024, The Walt Disney Co. invested in Epic Games, the creative minds behind Fortnite, paving the way for amazing collaborations like this.
But the fun doesn’t stop here! Fortnite has also launched the exciting “Galactic Battle” event based on Star Wars, and even a mini-season featuring the “Simpsons” themed battle royale. These pop culture tie-ins have surely stepped up the game for players.
