Well, it’s been a blast, but it looks like the popular ‘Paint the Night Parade’ is going on a little hiatus to make way for the holiday season at Disneyland Resort.
Disneyland officials have shared with KTLA that this magical nighttime parade will take a pause starting on November 10, and it will be back next year! So, don’t miss your chance—Sunday, November 9, will be the final opportunity to catch the parade this season. Other entertainment shows will also be on hold, allowing the seasonal festivities to take the spotlight.
But don’t worry; not everything is closing down! You can still enjoy the ‘World of Color Happiness’ at Disney California Adventure, alongside the projected images from ‘Tapestry of Happiness’.
The joy of the holidays at Disneyland Resort kicks off from November 14 till January 7, 2026, and they have some fun seasonal entertainment lined up.
Over at the Disneyland Park, you can anticipate the return of the ‘A Christmas Fantasy Parade’, which is full of beloved Disney characters, lively toy soldiers, and adorable gingerbread dancers parading down Main Street, U.S.A. Plus, the enchanting ‘Believe… In Holiday Magic’ fireworks display will light up the night, featuring magical ‘snowfall’ effects around Main Street and near ‘It’s a Small World’ Holiday.
If you head over to DCA, make sure to check out all the festive offerings, like ‘Mickey’s Happy Holidays’ character cavalcade and ‘Mirabel’s Gifts of the Season’, inspired by Encanto. You’ll also experience rotating cultural performances from the Holiday Toy Drummers and live music by Mariachi Alegría de Disneyland.
And let’s not forget the return of the ‘Disney ¡Viva Navidad!’ Street Party at Paradise Gardens Park, featuring folk dancers, samba musicians, and the vibrant appearance of The Three Caballeros.
While some activities celebrating the 70th Anniversary will be paused during the holidays, officials have assured that they will be back after the holiday season wraps.
