Kelly Osbourne stepped out for a meaningful occasion.
The former Fashion Police star attended a special event in Birmingham, U.K., where she accepted the Lord Mayor’s Award and a book of condolences on behalf of her late father, Ozzy Osbourne, who left us at the age of 76 back in July.
On December 3, the 41-year-old Kelly rocked an all-black outfit, which she accessorized with a matching hair bow and her dad’s beloved round sunglasses. She was seen posing next to Birmingham’s Lord Mayor, Zafar Iqbal, and her mom, Sharon Osbourne, 63, who proudly held the award. After the ceremony, the Osbourne women were treated to a delightful lunch with Iqbal, his Deputy, Ken Wood, and other city council members.
In a heartwarming video shared by Birmingham City Council on X, Kelly expressed her gratitude, stating, “I just want to take a moment to thank the people of Birmingham for showing my family so much love and for honoring my father in a way that truly made him the happiest man on earth. We saw the book of condolences with hundreds of thousands of signatures—it’s beyond what we could imagine. We can’t thank you enough.”

Kelly mentioned that the Lord Mayor’s Award holds significant meaning, especially for her father, as he was raised in Birmingham. “This award would have made him so proud,” she said, emphasizing her father’s roots in the city.
“My dad took great pride in being a Brummie,” Kelly added. “Birmingham truly honored him.”
Since her father’s passing on July 22, Kelly—who is mom to 2-year-old Sidney with fiancé Sid Wilson—has largely stayed out of the public eye, but she did step out for a cocktail party hosted by Rebecca Vallance in November.
Kelly also shared her thoughts on grief on her Instagram story August 4, stating, “Grief is a strange thing that can hit you unexpectedly. I know I won’t be okay for a while, but knowing that my family and I share this pain helps. I’m holding on tight to the love, light, and legacy left behind.”
