Lady Gaga set the stage on fire during her concert, but worried fans when she stumbled and fell hard.
The talented singer, aged 39, was lighting up the night at her Mayhem Ball event held at the T Mobile Arena in Las Vegas when the unexpected happened.
As she was delivering her song ‘Vanish Into You’, her long, glittering cape caught under her knee-high boots. This sudden tangle knocked her off balance and sent her crashing to the stage, landing on her hip.
Gasps echoed from the crowd, who quickly whipped out their phones to capture the alarming moment.
But not one to back down, Gaga regained her composure almost instantly — thanks to her bodyguards — and popped back up, smiling, as if nothing had occurred. She seamlessly resumed singing and even paused to greet fans in the front row.

The audience erupted with cheers, clearly admiring her spirit and determination to keep the show going despite her fall.
After the show, meaningful discussions sparked online, with fans expressing their concerns. One commenter said, “Omg her hip hope she is okay,” while another added, “Gaga take care we still want to see you on tour.” Many speculated that the slippery stage combined with her high boots may have contributed to the accident.
Earlier last week, Gaga kicked off her 2025 tour in Paradise, Nevada, set to run until January 2026, concluding in Tokyo.
Just days prior to this event in San Francisco, she honored the late rock legend Ozzy Osbourne by donning a shirt featuring his image and performing his classic hit ‘Crazy Train’ with her dancers.
Together, they headbanged on stage and concluded their tribute by bowing in respect for the music icon, who passed away at 76 on July 22.
Next, Gaga is scheduled for four nights at the sold-out O2 Arena in London at the end of September and early October, followed by a performance in Manchester.
