The dynamic duo, Vogue Williams and Spencer Matthews, have officially bid farewell to their luxurious £4.25 million Battersea flat and embarked on the exciting journey of making their new ‘forever’ home in London.

Initially, they placed their stunning property on the market two years ago and have since reduced the price dramatically—by a jaw-dropping £1 million!

In a fresh episode of her YouTubevlog, Vogue excitedly announced that they finally sold their first home together. They completed the purchase of their long-awaited family residence back in June.

The I’m A Celeb star showed off the new place to her fans, highlighting that renovations would keep them from moving in for at least 18 months. They’re diving deep into restoring this period home, located not too far from their previous apartment in Battersea.

“We’ve sold our apartment. It’s over. We’ve got a rental nearby so the kids can continue their school since we’ve snagged our dream home,” Vogue shared with her audience.

Expressing her nostalgic sentiments, Vogue added, “I will miss this flat. Seven years is a long time here. It’s where we started as a family and welcomed our kids. It’s tough to say goodbye, but our amazing new house awaits!”

“This truly is our forever house. I know people throw that term around, but for us, it genuinely feels that way. It mirrors my dream home in Ireland, and I believe our kids will thrive here as they grow up,” she emphasized.

According to Vogue, the purchase was finalized in June, and they’ve been gradually kicking off renovations. She joked that her degree in quantity surveying is coming in handy while managing costs.

“From the first moment I stepped in, I knew this was it—I couldn’t even play it cool with the estate agents! We likely missed out on negotiating a better deal, but my excitement made it hard to resist!”

As for their renovation plans, Vogue remarked humorously about keeping Spencer in check: “With my background in quantity surveying, I know we can’t splurge on everything he wants and need to stay on budget!”

She also showcased a large garden, admitting plans to clear it and create a spacious lawn so the kids can enjoy their playtime outdoors.

Back in April, it emerged that the couple surprisingly dropped another £450,000 from the asking price of their flat. The sale reflects a market shift of over £1 million from its original listing.
