Market Street just before 4 p.m. An employee told police that she and the suspect, identified as 63-year-old Darrell Roberts, began arguing over the cost of Roberts' order. David Brown died in the shooting that happened about 1 a.m. at the Wash-N-Dry Laundromat on Broadway Avenue, according to police.

A “person of interest” was taken into custody, but formal charges have not been filed in the case, according to police.

Police have not released that person’s identity.

The shooter and Brown argued inside the laundromat and police found Brown dead inside, according to Maple Heights police.

Man charged in deadly beating of 74-year-old Cleveland landscaping business owner .
CLEVELAND, Ohio -- A man is charged in connection with the beating death of the 74-year-old owner of a landscaping business. Sedrick Hawkins, 24, is charged with aggravated murder in the death of Larry Manno, the owner of Manno Landscaping in the city’s Buckeye-Shaker neighborhood. Hawkins is not in police custody and a warrant was issued Tuesday for his arrest. The beating happened about 1 p.m. Sept. 16 inside the business on Buckeye Road and East 128th Street. Hawkins burst into the business and attacked and robbed Manno, according to court records.A 62-year-old employee returning to the business found a man standing behind the front desk of the office.
