On Christmas night, President Donald Trump revealed that the United States executed airstrikes in northwest Nigeria, focusing on ISIS militants he accused of gruesomely killing Christians. He labeled the attack as a strong response and cautioned that more military action would follow if the violence persisted.

In his post on Truth Social, Trump declared, “Tonight, I ordered a decisive and powerful strike against ISIS Terrorist Scum in Northwest Nigeria, who have savagely targeted and killed innocent Christians at an unprecedented rate, reminiscent of past centuries!” He warned these terrorists that their continued attacks on Christians would lead to serious consequences. “The Department of War carried out multiple, flawless strikes, stating, ‘This is something that only the United States can achieve.’

Trump continued, emphasizing, “With my leadership, we refuse to tolerate Radical Islamic Terrorism. May God bless our Military, and MERRY CHRISTMAS to everyone, including the numerous fallen Terrorists, with many more to come if they keep this slaughter against Christians going.”
