The latest news from the White House is all about Donald Trump’s MRI scan results.
Today, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt shared highlights from the president’s physician, mentioning that Trump’s cardiovascular imaging is “totally normal”. There’s apparently “no evidence” of any arterial narrowing that would hinder blood flow, nor have any abnormalities been found in his heart.
Leavitt emphasized that Trump’s overall cardiovascular system is reported to be in “excellent health.” According to the doctor’s update, “All major organs seem very healthy and well-perfused.”
The detailed statement explained: “As part of President Donald J. Trump’s thorough executive check-up, advanced imaging was conducted because it’s beneficial for men in his age group to receive a comprehensive evaluation of their cardiovascular and abdominal health.

“The aim of this imaging is to be proactive: to spot any potential issues early on, verify overall health, and support long-lasting vitality and function. Trump’s cardiovascular scan is perfectly normal. No signs of arterial narrowing or abnormalities in the heart or major vessels have been detected.
“The heart chambers are the right size, vessel walls look smooth and healthy, and there are no signs of inflammation or clotting.
In summary, his cardiovascular system is in excellent shape. The abdominal scan also came back normal, with all his major organs appearing healthy and well-perfused. Everything evaluated is functioning normally with no acute or chronic issues to report.”
There have been some months of concern regarding Trump’s health, particularly after images showed what seemed to be bruising on one of his hands.
Additionally, in other photos, it appeared as if makeup was being used to conceal those bruises. Some observers even thought he might have been showing signs of swelling in his ankles at times.
This health news comes on the heels of controversy surrounding Trump’s decision to release yet another convicted fraudster with a billion-dollar scam. Just 12 days into David Gentile’s prison sentence, Trump opted to commute his seven-year term, despite Gentile’s hefty investor con of £1.21 billion.
Gentile had only begun his stint in prison on November 14, but was let out just last week, according to Bureau of Prisons records. He and his co-defendant, Jeffry Schneider, were convicted of securities and wire fraud in August 2024, having misled over 17,000 investors with false promises meant to entice them into private equity funds managed by their company, GPB Capital.
