Recently on “The Ingraham Angle,” President Donald Trump opened up about his latest grand project — a complete facelift for the Eisenhower Executive Office Building (EEOB). He revealed stunning before-and-after sketches aiming to rejuvenate the once-criticized structure.
“Back when it was built, folks thought it was quite an eyesore. But when I look at it — and I’m not alone — I believe it’s one of the most beautiful buildings ever designed,” Trump stated, aligning himself with other fans of the building’s hidden charm.
In the Oval Office, flanked by Fox News’ Laura Ingraham and commentator Raymond Arroyo, the president unveiled visuals that spotlighted his vision for a thorough cleaning and a fresh, bright white coat of paint.
Trump firmly believes that this transformation will bring out the “details” and highlight its intricate architectural features.

Raymond Arroyo pointed out that the building, with its sloped roofs, columns, windows, and iron accents, has an eerie Addams Family vibe that could definitely benefit from this makeover.
Ingraham revealed her nostalgic affection for the current gray color of the building; however, Trump described that shade as bordering on somber and boring.
Located just west of the White House, the Eisenhower Executive Office Building is home to a significant part of the presidential staff and has sparked debates among architectural critics over the years.

This historic building was finished in 1888 and showcases the French Second Empire style. The dark granite and intricate design have seen reactions ranging from admiration for its grandeur to disdain for their perceived negativity.
Initially, it served as the headquarters for three important Executive Branch departments closely involved with shaping and executing foreign policy from the late 19th century onward, according to White House information.

While Trump hasn’t fully committed to pushing this project through just yet, he mentioned he is actively seeking bids from painters for the potential work ahead.
This update would be another initiative for Trump, who has previously garnered criticism for his decision to demolish the East Wing of the White House to facilitate the construction of a lavish, privately funded ballroom.
