‘Out-of-This-World Mummies’ Found in Peru with ‘Unmatched Fingerprints’

Excitement has spiked recently with reports about the discovery of what some are calling ‘alien mummies’ in Peru. A lawyer has come forward, claiming that the fingerprints on these mummies are ‘not human’.

During a notable congress in Mexico in September 2023, ufologist Jaime Maussan revealed two humanoid figures, asserting they are ancient, non-human entities potentially from the far reaches of the universe.

This announcement sent shockwaves through both the press and the public, stirring up considerable skepticism alongside intrigue. Critics are labeling these supposed alien corpses as yet another elaborate hoax.

However, a twist emerged in this ongoing saga when Joshua McDowell, a prominent US attorney, examined one of the figures, named ‘Maria’ and reported that its fingerprints do not resemble human patterns at all.

McDowell, previously a prosecutor in Colorado and now a defense attorney, consulted with three independent forensic medical examiners from the US on this controversial subject.

To their shock, they discovered that the mummies’ fingerprints formed perfectly straight lines, a departure from the expected swirl and loop patterns found in human fingerprints. McDowell stated to Daily Mail: “These were not traditional human fingerprint patterns. We did not see any loops or whirls on the prints of the fingers or on the toes.”

Despite these peculiar findings, he urged caution, noting that drawing any firm conclusions about the origins of the mummies would be ‘extremely premature.’ McDowell speculated that the uniqueness of the prints could be linked to how the skin was preserved.

Previous research suggested that these beings had been packed away for centuries in diatoms, a form of algae that inhibits bacterial and fungal growth, which might explain their remarkable preservation.

D the ‘Nazca mummies’ because of the Peruvian region where they were found, these mysterious figures have generated a ton of media interest due to their elongated skulls and three-fingered hands.

During the highlighted Mexican congress, Maussan claimed that extensive studies had been conducted on the corpses by investigative journalists and scientists alike. He insisted that carbon dating from researchers at the National Autonomous University of Mexico revealed that over 30% of the extracted DNA remains unidentified. Additionally, strange metal implants and even eggs were claimed to have been found within these specimens.

Maussan emphasized that these supposed extraterrestrials were intact entities rather than mummies, asserting they are ‘whole, complete bodies’ featuring elements that make them truly fascinating.

While some fervent UFO enthusiasts celebrate this ‘evidence’ of alien life, many experts remain doubtful. In a statement earlier this year, Peruvian officials classified the bodies as simple ‘dolls’ pieced together from paper, glue, metal, and animal and human bones. Forensic archaeologist Flavio Estrada firmly stated, ‘They are not extraterrestrials; they are not aliens.’

Latin American historian Christopher Heaney voiced skepticism as well, pointing out the pre-Columbian practice of ‘head shaping’ in Peru which could explain the unique shape of the mummies’ craniums. He theorized that these ‘aliens’ might just be preserved human remains.

Yet, the fingerprint analysis adds fuel to the fire that at least some of these mummies could either be genuine finds or potentially crafted from bizarre materials.

Earlier this March, documentary filmmakers actively studying mummified remains argued that X-ray evidence showed the mummies were authentic. They admitted, however, that instead of extraterrestrial origins, these might reveal a new species that underwent some form of ‘genetic manipulation.’
