Dr Andrew Renaut wants people to stop eating breakfast all together. 'Breakfast, as far as I'm concerned, is the least important meal of the day and I think is contributing to the problem as far as obesity is concerned,' he told Sunrise.Dr Renaut explained that there are three main factors we need to consider when it comes to our diet and they are how much we eat, what foods we eat and when we eat.This is because when we are constantly eating and digesting food our bodies aren't given a chance to have a break.
