Proud mum Lydia Bright has revealed her daughter Loretta Rose's exciting new skill.

The 29 year old, who recently shared a tour of her incredible mirrored dressing room, took to her Instagram Stories to post a clip of her little one in her crib.

With only her feet visible, the almost-six month old baby appeared to be slapping her feet together, creating a clapping sound.

While Lydia might have been overjoyed by Loretta's little trick, the stunning star has been feeling the pressures of motherhood as she recently opened up about the guilt she felt when she made the decision to stop breastfeeding exclusively.

In a candid post on Instagram the former The Only Way is Essex star told her 1.2million followers how she "dreamed of exclusively breast feeding her baby until she was six months" but admitted that it wasn't working out.

Posting a picture of herself feeding six-month-old Loretta Rose, Lydia wrote: "Formula guilt!!! I felt so low when I moved on from breast milk to formula.

"Loretta was growing at such a rapid weight and I was losing so much weight. Being a new mum is hard enough anyway but there was also a lot happening in my life with work, my home refurb, lock down and I think all of these factors along with sleep deprivation affected my milk supply.

"I felt like a failure, I was riddled with mum guilt so I persevered with an unsettled Loretta until she was eight weeks old."

The blonde beauty, who recently enjoyed a beach holiday in Kent with her daughter and family, was careful to say that she didn't want to "discourage anyone from breastfeeding" and that it was down to what was right for them.

She added: "A mother’s milk is the most natural thing to give your baby, but equally fed is best and Loretta was very challenging between 4 - 8 weeks as most of the times she wasn't full." [sic]

Admitting that she was "too scared" to talk about it on Instagram in case she was judged, Lydia turned for help through on online forum where other mums were having the same conversations.

Now the single-mum is confident in her decision and happy that her baby is flourishing, Lydia concluded: "I am now not afraid to say that Loretta is a formula fed baby, whatever your choice all you mums out there you are amazing."
